Sylvain Le Borgne is the Senior Vice President, Insight and Data Solutions for Havas Digital, the interactive network of Havas Media.

Noticed for his expertise in online marketing and data driven systems, Sylvain joined Havas Digital in 2011 to develop customer solutions for Artemis, Havas Digital’s proprietary decision-support platform. In this capacity, his core responsibilities are to define and implement Havas Digital data strategy, especially in the big data field, and to manage the Artemis Custom Solutions team, while acting as a global liaison for the Artemis collective.

Having vast knowledge in technology and business development, Sylvain’s mission is to increase the reach of Havas Digital insights and data solutions through the use of Artemis, both internally and externally. In addition, he contributes to attaining new businesses by leveraging our data platforms, partnerships and technical expertise.

Sylvain’s diverse background in the world of digital media started in 1998 when he created the web agency, Adream. In 2000, he launched a second start-up, Actustar, the first French celebrity news website. In 2006, Sylvain joined Hi-Media, the leading French digital advertising network, through the acquisition of both of his companies. He took the position of Comclick International Director, developing performance digital ad networks across Europe, Asia and South America. In 2008, he founded Adledge, a comprehensive advertising data collection and management platform. Adledge was shortlisted as one of the hottest companies of the year at the Festival of Media in Montreux.

Sylvain has a degree from Audencia Nantes and an MBA from Bowling Green State University (Ohio), with a specialization in Management of Information System. He is married and has two children.
