Pablo joined Media Contacts in March 2007 as Director of Talent Management, with the challenge to coordinate efforts across the globe in sourcing, developing and motivating key talent within the business. He is based in the Madrid office.
Prior to joining Media Contacts, Pablo was a Human Resources Management Consultant, joining Price Waterhouse in 1998 and moving into IBM Global Business Services through several mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career he has advised clients in matters as diverse as IT strategy for HR, workforce development evaluation, HR organization assessment, HR process optimization, Employee Self-Service implementation, etc. His clients include some of the largest players in the Spanish and global stage, like Santander Central Hispano, BBVA, and Ferrovial, both locally and internationally. In the latter stage of his job at IBM, Pablo was responsible for Professional Development in Southwest Europe and part time trainer of his peers in Project Management and Consulting skills.
Pablo has a degree in European Business Administration from ICADE, in Madrid, and a B.A. in European Business Administration from Middlesex University in London. He has also completed a Master in Human Resources and New Technologies at ESCP-EAP.
