Ester joined Havas Digital in 2000, she started at the Media Contacts Barcelona office developing and managing the Consulting Department for the Spanish market and promoting its international development. She had also been responsible for new business development and key accounts management. Accounts involved with include: McDonald’s, Unilever, Nike, Danone, Nestlé, Repsol YPF amongst others.
She joined Media Contacts Boston in summer 2002 where she managed Search Engine Optimization, Affiliate Programs and Consulting for the North American market. After half a year she began successfully exporting the services to Europe and Latin America.
In January 2004 and working from the US, Ester was promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications for Media Contacts global. In summer 2006 she moved to London from where she continued taking care of marketing, communications and event planning for Media Contacts global. In January 2008 she was promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications for Havas Digital, taking care of several brands such as Havas Digital, Media Contacts, Lattitud, iGlue, Mobext, and others.
Prior to her experience at Havas Digital, Ester has worked at the Marketing departments of Henkel Iberica and Jamont Tisu Spain.
Ester owns a degree in Economics by Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, a Certificate Degree in International Business by the University of Colorado at Boulder, and she is an MBA from IESE, Universidad de Navarra.
