Monica joined Havas Digital as Global Controller in November 2007, managing day to day financial control of the business, ensuring effective financial controls are set and providing support to corporate team as well as division countries. She will combine this role with local functions as Spain Havas Digital Controller. She is based in Madrid.

Before her role for Havas Digital, Monica joined MPG Spain in 1997, starting at Spanish Finance Team based in Madrid.

With Havas first merger in 1999, she joined Global Finance department, contributing to build a common financial language among the different countries, ensuring financial reporting mechanisms were robust, accurate and delivery timely and monitoring performance as controller of Havas Media. She had also been responsible for the communication with Havas Finance Department.

Prior to her experience in Havas Media, she worked in accounting department for a local outsourcing provider to Nestlé.

Monica owns a degree in Economics by Universidad de Cantabria (Spain), and a Certificate Degree in Taxes.
