It has grown from three staff to 130 people, with billings in excess of £50 million and has an enviable client roster that includes Škoda, O2, Dyson, EDF Energy, Pioneer, Barnardo’s and Abbey. The agency has its own in-house customer insight and data analysis team, as well as a fully-integrated and award-winning digital capability. Managing partner Stuart Archibald is a trustee of The Climate Group, an independent, worldwide, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to tackling climate change. The agency’s goal is to work at cutting its emissions — and then moving on towards complete carbon neutrality. It has introduced agency-wide measures to dramatically reduce its carbon footprint, supports a number of renewable energy projects; selects suppliers based on their commitment to sustainability; and advises clients on shaping their own environmental policies.
